Who runs this

BestPainterInDenver.com is run by a small, independently operated team. We don't publish individual staff names, the site is built and maintained anonymously, the same way our sibling matching sites are. We're reachable at hello@bestpainterindenver.com for anything: press, corrections, sponsor questions, or complaints about a listed painter.

The same model, applied to painting

This site runs on the same underlying model as our other city-and-trade matching sites: pull public review data for local service businesses, rank it with a review-weighted formula, and let homeowners filter by what actually matters to them, instead of scrolling a directory sorted by ad spend. We didn't build painting-specific software from scratch; we pointed the existing methodology at a new trade and a new dataset.

How we make money

Matching is free for homeowners. Painters don't pay to appear or to rank higher, sponsors fund the free service instead, in exchange for visibility elsewhere on the site (never inside match results). Painters that participate in matches pay a fee only when a homeowner actually reaches out to them, and a share of that fee funds our Community Fund.

What we don't do

• We don't accept payment for placement inside a match result or a city ranking.
• We don't sell homeowner contact information to anyone outside the painters they chose to contact.
• We don't display personal phone numbers, every inquiry runs through email so there's a written record.
